2. Business Model
The objective of DEAP CAPITAL is to exploit over 71 years global experience of its top Management team in investment banking/capital market to manage funds specifically tailored to meet the investment requirements of clients by dealing actively in the capital market so as to achieve satisfactory returns to investors and reward our staff appropriately.
DEAP CAPITAL is able to offer superior returns because it invests solely in the best 20 Companies (by risk-return profile as evidenced through Research) listed on the Nigerian Stock Exchange, which it monitors constantly taking advantage of the strategic alliance with its stock brokerage subsidiary that executes its trade mandates.
Our target market is clearly segmented with attractive products developed for the benefit of several classes of investors. An in-depth analysis by our research team revealed a critical relationship-management gap in the Nigerian Capital Market. Most times investors are cordially communicated to at the point of placement and rollovers. But sooner than later these investors are no longer taken into confidence once the funds are placed. Accordingly DEAP CAPITAL has committed itself to creating a highly interactive relationship and enabling environment that encourages investors to:
- Participatorily approve the investment outlet
- Monitor and advice on the investment portfolio
- Hold title attached to the investment in some instances.
- Regularly interact on issues relating to the investment.
DEAP CAPITAL Business Model is therefore predicated on the logic that in accepting to invest for 180 days or more, our Clients obtain both peace of mind (safety of principal, enhanced value, future support, and care (through active participatory relationship).
DEAP CAPITAL’ motto is “without Caring there is no Quality”. We believe that the duty of care to customers is sacrosanct and accordingly customer intimacy is at the heart of our operations.
